HOW TO SPA
You will be provided a robe and slippers for your use while at Float.  Lockers are available for your personal items but we suggest you leave valuables at home.

For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured our therapists are well-trained in correct draping procedures for your privacy and comfort.

The spa is a tranquil and calm environment; please respect other guests by speaking in a soft voice throughout the treatment areas, locker rooms and in the Sky room.

We request that all cell phones be turned off while visiting Float. 

This is your time, and should be enjoyed to the fullest.  Whether it is the massage pressure, room temperature or volume of the music, please notify your therapist of any preferences you may have.

Tuesday-Saturday 9-7 and Sunday & Monday 10-6

SPA GUIDELINES
Facials are available starting at age 16.  Massages are available to guests 18 years and older. 

Please notify the spa concierge if you have any allergies, physical ailments, disabilities or are pregnant.

We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your treatment. 

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

Standard gratuity for services is 15%-20%, but the amount you choose is at your discretion. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card number is required at the time you book your spa services. Cancellations must occur 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be fully charged. 48-hour notice is required from groups of 6 or more.                                                                                                                            

PRIVACY POLICY

At FLOAT Luxury Spa, we value and respect your privacy. We do not sell or otherwise share client information with other people or companies unless to provide services to you at your request, or as required by law. Your information is used solely for internal purposes such as registration, shipping information and informing you of promotions, special spa events and information about FLOAT Luxury Spa.

FLOAT Luxury Spa will only collect information about you that is provided to us voluntarily. If you do provide us with postal information, FLOAT Luxury Spa may use that information to send you periodic updates on special spa events, new products and promotions. If you do not wish to receive such mailings please let us know by e-mailing us at :
